There's a place called "Awesome Pizza" right across from Northland Mall (behind the Petro Canada)...that is the best pizza I have had in Calgary -- unfortunately, they do charge extra for delivery, but it is worth it (esp compared to Pizza Hut and Chicago )

Haha! I have ordered from there, but just because they offer ridiculous sizes!!

I just recently had a poker tourny with 35 people at my place. I ordered ONE pizza (their largest) for $140.

It was 3 feet by 3 feet sqaure. HUGE! 64 massive pieces...fed us all.

They also have a "smaller" size for around $70. It feeds about 10 people.

Great place. I should really post some pics of the box...it's hilarious!

I'm moving up to Cougar ridge and there is an amazing Pizza place called "Andaro's Pizza" They make all the usual pizza's but they add some gourmet taste to it. You'd be suprised how much better a Hawaiian Pizza is with a little garlic on there. It's walking distance to where we're moving so I'll be doing the double lunch slice and pop for $3 almost daily.

Outstanding.
Hey Jordan,

i use to manage that place, i just recently quit actually, you should try the farmers garden, but add some ham or a meat, most people are scared to try it cause of the broc and cauliflower buts its so good...anyway i'll pass your message onto the owner next time im in there...plus you get the likes of Darryl Sutter and Bret Hart in there makes it pretty neat....my fav pizza place is Gondola
Really? cool man. I probably have met you before than. We moved from the area to Somerset (What a mistake) for a year and I had a pie there during the beggining of the Flames run and recall seeing Go Flames Go stuff in the place. You probably did that, heh.

Pretty cool that Darryl Sutter goes there aswell, I'm going to live right across the street from Andaros. I'll try the garden for sure. My personal favorite is the Smokehouse Chicken. Amazing.

Yeah, we were pretty impressed when they had to tilt the pizza to get it in the door.

Wholly crap that is far, but at least you can make quick trips to the US for cheap smokes and liquor from there. [/b][/quote]
Tell me about it, I hate this area of town. Just going to Radium B.C> for the long weekend added almost an entire hour to our trip. I grew up in Coach Hill and you could almost be in Banff in an hour from there. Getting downtown blows too. Basically double the drive from what it was in Coach Hill.

Anyhoo back on topic.
