Thank you all so much for the support on Twitter and Facebook. I really appreciate it!

As for the questions about social responsibility. Almost everything on my truck has been sourced from organic, local and/or sustainable operations. I support numerous establishments in the city because why the hell not! All of my disposable merchandise is made from recycled products, compostable and/or biodegradable materials - including the water bottles. Even our uniforms are recycled cotton and burlap. This concept is very important to me and I'm proud to be the first truck and brick and motor place that serves this style of cuisine with top rate products and service.

Everything is made in-truck - outside of the Naan (I couldn't do it better in this format) and the bacon salt. My goal is to bring restaurant, farmer-driven food to the masses at a price point that is excellent value for money.

I've attached a copy of the menu for you to salivate over.

PS - The combo prices with a water are $1.00 cheaper than the price listed with a tea.

Cool. I'm just finishing an Environmental Sustainability course, so it's good to see you're practicing it.

I'll come out for sure if you're in the Marda Loop area.

The naan is 6" which includes a 1/4 lb of protein, a dressed salad, a topping and a chutney plus an additional chutney on the side.

I'll update the menu to make it more visible.

hmm, did you realize naaco is slang spanish for tacky or an uneducated person? Similar to calling someone "white trash" in english. It's spelling is naco but it's pronounced the same as naaco.

great food. kind of wished the portions were bigger though, even if that meant the price goes up by a dollar or two

Gondi Stylez, gotta say congrats. Love that you guys were on Eat St. I've been following the truck for a while since you launched on twitter and now that I'm back in Calgary for a couple of weeks can't wait to try it out. Congrats on the success and everything, such a great idea.
