Was a big fan of Jay Bouw coming to Calgary and followed CP for about a year before wanting to jump on and talk hockey. The 2009 for the season we picked him up.
J-Bo09
My first name is Jay as well.

SuperMatt18 was made since Lombardi was my favourite player in his time here, and that was a name a group of us had for him due to his superhero like speed.
Sadly he was traded and Matt Stajan became a Flame and started wearing the number 18.
If I could change my user title I most likely would.

I don't know if I've ever explained my current username.
I wanted something inconspicuous (that worked great BTW) and I hate Flamesguy27 type usernames. Cecil is my grandfather's name (pronounced See-cyl, not ses-il like the character sometimes says) and I love the Simpsons. Wanted a more obscure character. That's about it. Well that and he's classy and went to princeton, so we have a lot in common.

Haha that's hilarious, what are the odds that someone else with the same 1st name would take the same # on the team, who winds up becoming our biggest goat? That's a kick in the junk.

And that's good you went back to a Terwillegar pic. I thought your original one was the best, looking all pompous with the wine glass, I'd laugh whenever I saw it. When I first noticed you switched it to just some random hockey pic I was actually kinda disappointed. I still say you should bring back the cocky wine glass one. Works well on an MB for opinionated discussions.

Moved to Seattle in the late 90s and a huge Flames fan. After lurking for years, I decided to officially join CP when I was on paternity leave with our first child in 05.
I was obviously sleep deprived or had a brain fart since I'm not really a "flamer" in the derogatory or internet sense of the word.
Believe in taking full responsiblity for your actions...not that there is anything wrong with being a flamer, btw.

I figured I would spend most of my time lurking in the shadows on here.
I also really like the book.

I used to belong to Clan Phoenix - a group of like-minded people around the world who enjoyed a nice relaxing online game of Diablo, and later Diablo II. My online handle for years was 'BloodFetish'.

Much like MRCbiology I always thought yours was Dissentower.
Like Dissent and Tower. Not sure why. But missing an extra T. For a while I figured Dissentower was a word I just didn't know.

Back in the olden days there were a lot of people who went to watch the tennis match. Once, I went with my father. He was a swell enough guy. You could buy snow cones, but back then we used to call them flavored ice pockets. You could get em for a quarter, i'd say that was a deal.
