Judge abuses daughter

Honestly in our house there were levels of punishment that ranged from grounding (Took a solid year without T.V. once) to spankings to hard physical labor.

Something like that probably would have resulted in me painting the house, or sanding the deck by hand (We had an enourmous deck.

Something minor would have meant that my parents would have set me up on a date with the fat chick next store.

KRIS-TV quoted District Attorney Patrick Flanigan as saying, "I have received and reviewed the submitted evidence regarding William Adams and the video incident that was reported to RPD on November 1, 2011 . . . It is clear that no criminal misdemeanor information nor any criminal felony indictment may be presented for any criminal charge that may be depicted on the subject video. Well I don't care what you "expect".

From the description of her video she has "ataxic cerebral palsy". A quick google search on the topic.

Children with ataxic cerebral palsy look very unsteady and shaky. This rare form of cerebral palsy affects the sense of balance and depth perception. Affected persons often have poor coordination and walk unsteadily with a wide based gait, placing their feet unusually far apart. They have a lot of shakiness, like a tremor you might have seen in a very old person, especially when they are trying to handle or hold a small object such as a pen. Because of the shaky movements and problems coordinating their muscles, children with ataxic cerebral palsy may take longer than other children to complete certain tasks such as writing a sentence.

The video was uploaded to her Youtube account, which has other videos. One of those videos shows her explaining her Palsy, and what she had to go through when she was younger.

I know speaking before you research a topic is always difficult for you, but maybe at least read a bit before you say something like that.
