Can't say I have ever had an issue and I've been pulling that combo for about a dozen years now. The Tylenol/Alcohol mixture isn't the best for your liver but I also don't drink every night.

Everybody is different, but I envy people who say they don't get a hangover. Yeah, if I have maybe 3-4 drinks I won't get one. I work a lot so I don't get to drink much at all. Maybe once every 2 weeks or sometimes every 3 weeks. I guess I overdo it.....I'll literally have a huge glass of water bedside, huge glass of powder made gatorade, and I will eat 1-2 Advils. Still feel like garbage next morning.
Edit - I always say I will, but I don't drink water in between my drinks. There is another reason I get them.

This is attractive to me because I enjoy social drinking, but I don't enjoy the effects of alcohol. Being a little tipsy is fine, but I hate the feeling of losing control over myself. I'm probably a big party pooper, but I've just never liked the feeling of being drunk.
