Congrats! Conceiving is something that a lot of people probably take for granted; I personally never realized how prevalent fertility issues were until we met a number of friends who had to go the adoption and/or IVF route.

Huge congratulations to you both. Awesome news for you.

I'm what you may call 'experienced' in having kids. My wife and I have a literal full house of them. Put it this way our van is full to the brim, no room left.

It's the single most rewarding thing that you'll ever do in your life and also the most infuriating at times. I'd never change it though. Our house is never ever boring.

Enjoy the ride because it will be quite the ride without a shadow of a doubt.

Congrats again.

Time to exaggerate your immense love for your kid(s) to justify the cost!

Its a long process and defiantly has it moments that will get to you. But stay positive and everything works out in the end. Luckily Calgary has one of the best clinics in North America and one of the top Fertility Doctors in the world practices there.

relaxin making her joints loose, and like she was going to dislocate her pelvis
gas, bloating, leg cramps, back pain and having to pee every hour
not to mention the baby kicking the crap out of her liver
I know, there have been times when I just stare at her and honestly tell her I don't think I could do it. I feel bad sometimes because there is nothing I can really do to help.

Its crazy the amount of people if effects, I think it is something ike 1 in 6 or 8 right now and they project that by 2020 it could be as high as 1 in 3. I have been with my wife since high school and we remember the one "scare" we had about 10 years ago...... man that could have saved us a small fortune

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone

Just think, in probably 17 years, he'll wreck your car.
