Do you have a link? I have a friend who might be looking for a laptop and that sounds like a great deal.

Bought the external drive without realizing how good a deal it was. Then I was looking an internal drives at MemEx today and they're all more expensive than that external.

Oh sorry. i should have said i just picked it up from the post office. it was their online sale from last week. It's not as cheap as $379 anymore but it's still on sale for $449.
I really like it. it's super fast and the build quality is excellent. It has that bezel outer shell, like my Transformer so there are never any finger prints or smudges on it.
The only bad thing is the crappy enter key. But every acer sold in canada has the french layout.

If I didn't steal my best friends and hoard it in my basement I would have forked out 200 as well.
On a side note the pro-HD seems to be the only model that slingbox continually supports as they move forward in life. So it should be a safe purchase.

If no copies of NHL 12 are left at Blockbuster locations for $37, it's up on Dell for $50 for both the 360 and PS3

Today Dell has the WD TV Live Plus on sale for $74.99.
Memory Express sells it for $99.99.
You can go into Memory Express and do a price match and get it for $68.74 + tax =$72.18.
Very good price for that.

Anyone have any thoughts on that TV? Seems like a good deal.

An LED-backlit IPS 23" 1080p monitor for $229!
Having trouble finding reviews on it though.

Yeah might be too new, even HardOCP's forums don't have anything on them (well there's a thread, but no one is using them yet).
Probably worth a gamble though.

Getting my hands on that Hauppauge HDPVR, would love to have movies/programs stored like that on my computer, especially Flames' games.

True, but the main thing I'd want it for is to record 3D for playback through my computer (can't play back directly, TV is too old) and I already bought something that gives me a workable solution (doesn't store effectively, but I can use my PVR for storage and converty in real-time). So I'm not sure I'd use it. If I didn't have anything I'd have gone for it.

That's fair enough...it's all about what your use is for, and sounds like you have your solution.
Personally for me, I would love to record Flames' games and keep them in as best quality of HD as possible without breaking the bank...storage for me is not an issue as I have TB and TB's of free space.
For this price, for me seemed like it was a wicked option.

Looks like we are in the middle of the Dell business deals. The one thing that I think will be of interest is the powerline LAN adapter.
