Lifetime In Suspension

If Rahim Moore is fined for his completely legal hit on that Buffalo WR that will be a joke. Shoulder to the chest all the way.

That looked clean to me, and while I understand a flag being thrown a fine doesn't seem warranted there. He'll probably be fined anyways, based more on how vicious it looked than the actual legality of the hit. I'm not sure what you expect a guy to do different in that situation, I don't see what option he had.

I am rooting for Colt McCoy, he really does seem like a QB that can mature and become a franchise type player.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Colt McCoy excelling in this new West Coast offense so far
http://www.cleveland.com/browns/inde...level_hea.html
In a little less than three quarters of work, the Browns' second-year quarterback has completed 19 of 28 attempts for 231 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions. His completion rate is 67.9 percent and his rating is 132.6.
In his nine possessions, McCoy has produced five touchdowns, and has gone 3-for-3 inside the 20, including 2-for-2 during Friday night's 30-28 loss to the Lions.

love it
he has a year to basically work on being a QB with NFL coaches, and if he's good enough he takes over next year, if not move him to WR

Raiders had to get a QB. Jason Campbell was knocked out of the game for the 2nd week in a row.
I'm finding it interesting following the progress of rookie FB Bruce Miller. He was a little surprised when the Niners drafted him because he was a DE at Central Florida and the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year. But the Niners asked him to take some snaps at FB and so far has been outplaying the 11 year vet, Moran Norris.

You're not referring to Pryor are you, because there's no way that he can be considered an NFL QB this season. With a year of coaching he's still a long shot to be a servicable QB in the NFL, picking him up to fill any immediate needs is ridiculous.
I'm interested to see how willing he actually is to switch to WR or TE. He's said all the right things, but he's also shown a tendency to have a major sense of entitlement. Is he willing to accept that he sucks as a QB at this level?

Actually Favre to the Colts makes way more sense than it did to the Vikings (if mannings rehab is going as slowly as it appears)....that being said i believe he is done and happy to stay on the farm or perhaps do some TV in the coming months.

If Pryor somehow manages to get any decent amount of playing time for the Raiders... something will have gone horribly wrong (even more so).

The last time Peyton had a chance of missing the start of the season, he won the MVP award. I've got faith he'll be there in Week 1

I would be shocked if Pryor played a down at QB this year
I think the 5 game suspension is a blessing in disguise, basically makes this a developmental year. Give the coaching staff a year to work with him and see if they can turn him in to an NFL QB (I would love if they brought in Gannon who has said in the past he would love to work with the Raiders in a coaching capacity)
If it doesn't happen he has the athleticism that he could be a very good WR

I wouldn't be surprised if late in the season he came on to the field for the odd wildcat or gadget play but otherwise he won't play at all this year.

If having another QB Pryor on the roster forces Campbell to be more consistant, Then so be it I'm good with that. Boller or Edwards its a coin flip who gets cut they both stink.
If Campbell can come through the Raiders actually have a above average offence with Ford, and Murphy and DHB can hold on to balls. The Raiders recievers have no problem getting open. Rookie Moore is going to suprise and DMC will just be that much better again. Boss will get used quite a bit, he is a better blocker than Miller was and about the same skill set recieving.
As for Pryor maybe after week 10 or something for the odd wildcat or even QB sneak on 4th and 1 but thats about it.
