Connection Issues

Thanks for the test. It was helpful, if perplexing, information. The issue seems to be isolated to Telus connections, but not to all addresses. Curious to know how many people are affected and if you live in the same general area. (ie all Calgary, all NW, all Tuscany, etc)

I'm NW but haven't noticed any issues recently. At least nothing sustained. The first few nights were terrible for hours at a time.

Although my ipod touch has been brutally slow, especially connecting to itunes. Can you fix that too? Ever since the latest update came out it takes forever to load itunes. Drives me crazy.

Well, that's probably puts you guys are far apart in the city as you can get. Anyone outside of Calgary have the problem?

It's been a couple of months now - has anyone seen any further issues through Telus? So far we've found, well, nothing.
