I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.
The year was 1997. I hadn't quite turned 16 yet. Porn was still hard to find on account of dial up internet sucking badly. I had a fascination for the 70's and 80s stuff in particular. I knew this was a movie I had to see.
It was quite hard to get into a rated r movie and I was nervous as hell but one october night I got dropped off at the theatre by my dad, determined to see this film. I walked up to the booth and looked that manager in the eye and demanded one ticket for Boogie Nights. He knew I would not be denied. It was the only movie I have ever seen by myself. And this scene in particular blew me away. One of the best movies of the 90s...
As far back as I can remember I was always a movie addict. One of my first memories as a kid was going to the drive in with my parents for a double feature. I don't remember the first movie that played, but I'll never forget the second.
My parents thought i'd be asleep by the time Fright Night started.I wouldn't let them leave even though I was so scared I was sweating. I refused to cover my eyes even though I almost pissed my pants during this scene.
The Warriors..The first movie I ever recall seeing... Still so awesome

John Wayne brings little Debbie home after a five year pursuit . . . the final scene of a John Ford western, The Searchers, one of the great cowboy movies of all time and a defining career scene for Wayne when he's silhouetted in the door and turns away:
Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven . . . .
Joan Blondell and Etta Montig's haunting lament of "Remember My Forgotten Man" in "Gold Diggers of 1933," talking about the veterans of World War I who came back only to find the Depression, soup lines and chronic unemployment waiting for them. A spicy film for this political statement and sexual situations, made before film standards were applied in Hollywood later in the decade. Probably relevant today as well.

I couldn't find a full clip on YouTube but I love the scene in Inglorious Basterds when Landa is eating the strudel and asking Shosanna questions. His character is one of my all time favorites.

a couple of mine have been mentioned already, Pillows and LOTR, but one that always got me pumped was the ending of the first Jurassic Park with the T-Rex.

So much win in this thread. The 3 scenes I was going to post are already in here.
Terminator 2 Galleria shootout scene. The moment I saw the T-1000's go all liquid, I knew we were in for a hell of ride. To this day, T2 is the movie I have seen the most. I used to watch it weekly as a kid, now, I watch it once a year. My total viewings is 84. God, that's a lot of time wasted, but who cares, this movie rules!
The True Romace Sicilians scene is my favorite scene of all time
The Boogie nights scene posted above is just magic as well. The music, the drugs, the scam, the chase, the Vette......it's all amazing.
