I have never tried this so I can't vouch for it's validity, but I read somewhere on the interwebs that if the provider changes anything they have to send you a letter informing you of the changes. This is a change to the contract and you can reject the changes and get out of the contract. But like I said I have only read about it, never tried it nor do I know anyone that has...but it seems reasonably plausible.
The person who wrote also said that they'll try to say you can't get out but to stick to your guns cause they are in essence breaking the original contract.
