It was the official dvd release party of Hot Tub Time machine so you can probably google the party.

How did I get in? I'm not really sure beasause a supplier of a buddy of mine gets the tickets and I tag along haha.

You can also pay something like $1200 for an evening at the Mansion if I'm not mistaken . . . Don't know how public that is in terms of a marketing sense, but you can buy your way in there no problem.
