I can't come up with a favorite, but one that needs to be added to the list is the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark where the big sword fighter goes through all the twirls and then Indy just takes out his gun and shoots him.
Plus a hundred scenes from David Fincher movies. The entire movie Se7en is one great scene after another... The car ride near the end where they're driving out to the last body... The final confrontation...

Just thought of one:
The final scene in Man on Fire when Denzel is walking on the bridge to meet the little girl. I almost cry every time.

"So he hid it in the one place he knew he could hide something. His ass. Five long years, he wore this watch up his ass. Then he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable hunk of metal up my ass two years."
Pulp Fiction is pretty much one great scene after another but that one is one of the best.
Danny riding around the hotel on his Big Wheel in The Shining. Spooky stuff. Also the opening scene in that movie with the car driving through the mountains.
The scene in Goodfellas where Henry is driving around snorting coke, running guns and getting chased by the helicopter.

hmmmm something from the Corporation. Just saw it and thought it was easily one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Its a pretty good movie, but, like Supersize Me, its effects wear with time. There were no truly memorable scenes from it in a 'movie' sense, it was more 'slanted' documentary than anything else.
It also should have ended half an hour early; it dragged horribly in the end. Great premise for a movie though.
For those that haven't seen it, The Corporation uses (I believe the WHO's) the definition of 'psychopath' and then applies the symptoms point by point to corporations. The conclusion is no surprise, just like in Supersize Me.
Synopsis: Capitalism and 'Free Trade' are ruining the other 90% of the world... but we're doing great!

A fight scene from Kiss of the Dragon.
When Jet Li was in that office with those twins.
That whole movie was just awsome.
The Plot was ######ed, but the action was really good.
Another one was the opening car chase out of the Transporter.
Same thing again though, stupid movie but some cool action.
One more good one for me is that scene when T-1000 is chasing Arnold and John Conner on the bike in Judgement Day.

Along those lines:
Jules: What does Marcellus Wallace look like?
Brett: What?
Jules: What country you from?
Brett: What?
Jules: What ain't no country I ever heard of! They speak English in What?
Brett: What?
Jules: ENGLISH, MOTHERF***ER! DO-YOU-SPEAK-IT?
Brett: Yes!
Jules: Then you know what I'm saying!
Brett: Yes!
Jules: Describe what Marcellus Wallace looks like!
Brett: What, I-?
Jules: [pointing his gun] Say what again. SAY WHAT AGAIN. I dare you, I double dare you, motherf***er. Say what one more goddamn time.

Pretty much all of Full Metal Jacket, but the basic training segment (first half of the movie) is just packed full of amazing stuff;
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Private Joker, why did you join my beloved Corps?
Private Joker: Sir, to kill sir!
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: So you're a killer?
Private Joker: Sir, yes sir!
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Let me see your war face.
Private Joker: Sir?
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: You got a war face? AHHHHHHHH! That's a war face. Now let me see your war face.
Private Joker: Ahh!
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Bullshinguard! You didn't convince me. Let me see your real warface.
Private Joker: Ahhhh!
Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: You don't scare me! Work on it.
Private Joker: Sir, yes sir!

The Vietnam scene in Forrest Gump, when he has to find Bubba. That's a pretty good scene as well when his mother dies on a Tuesday, that's pretty emotional.

Here's a few:
. Probably all time for some reason - Luke in pilot outfit stumbles back to his ship in the snow as the Falcon takes off to escape Hoth in Empire
. The focal zoom in, in Jaws as Broady thinks sharks are at the beach on the holiday day.
. Parenthood when they think they've got a flashlight but it's a vibrator
. Office space where peter's boss tries to give instructions to him as he approaches and he ignores him and sidesteps him and keeps walking
. Pelenor fields battle ROTK
I'll have to ponder some more there are so many.

I am a big fan of several moments in the Unforgiven. "hell of a thing killing a man....." was a good one.

same role he played in 'frighteners', 'space above and beyond', and a great flick (much of which was lifted for other later movies) called 'firebase gloria'.
love that scene in 'full metal jacket' where that guy's machine-gunning rice farmers from the huey,
'how can you shoot women... and children?'

Now that has to be my favourite scene of all time. Thanks for reminding me of that one.
I also loved the fight in the parkade in Fight Club.
