Ditto on rentfaster.

Also try this one- http://www.homerent.ca/
I had a different site saved from years ago; and it now redirects there. Not sure if it's still good or not.

I would also suggest using rent faster.
If you need any advice on neighborhoods feel free to shoot me a PM.

I moved back to Calgary after....a weekend. Next time I go to a concert in Edmonton, I won't even crash at my friend's house there, I will just drive home red eyed.

The job fell through. Not sure what's going to happen now. May move to Calgary anyway. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Yeah, I was...was waiting for something in writing, but I was told to make plans to move, etc. My wife even gave notice at work. Now she has to see if she can take that back. Certainly wouldn't want to work for a company that would do this anyway I guess.

Just decided to go in another direction. After having several long distance conversations and a trip down to Calgary which was not cheap overall. After all this though, I'm kind of glad because any company that would do this, well, I don't want to work with.

That's a good way to look at it. Seems pretty unprofessional of them, in my opinion. Give me their address. I'll sign them up for porn.

Sorry Oilkiller.......I can't imagine such an unprofessional "Rug Pulling".

Hearing about your wife really boiled my blood. Not so much that she gave notice, but that you were mean enough to make her live in Mulletville......

Yasa's got the porn angle covered, I'm happy to supply some egg-related vengeance if called into action!

I thought I had two sure thing jobs a while back that ended up disappearing. The advice I can give is to never do anything until you actually get that contract in paper. As quick as jobs appear, they're gone equally fast.

Victory is mine!

Although that first job fell through, I have since been offered a new position within another organization. Got me a signed job offer this time!

WOOT - moving to Calgary for real this time.

So, good areas to live, bad areas? It's been 20 years since I've lived in Calgary, so help please.
