I've been bic-ing my hair since about August of last year, once I realized that there really wasn't anything left up top.

I overcompensate for my lack of hair by growing a monster beard.

I'm considering a reverse faux-hawk.

Wouldn't that be like an axe-wound to the head with a bunch of in-grown hair?

I don't really have hair, so much as I have a wool like substance on my head. Growing out long is pretty much out of the question. My options are pretty much barber style haircuts (which hold up about 2-3 weeks before the wool takes over again) or buzzing. Always wanted long hair, but since the age of about 14, the thickness makes it impossible to grow it anything longer than a few inches before it takes on a life of its own.

Always hated my hair. Now that I'm in my 30s and slowly losing it, I wish it would stay longer. Guess the moral of the story is really bad hair is better than no hair?

I grew my hair longer than I've had it in like 10 years, still only a medium length, but I kinda like having something different from my old, shorter haircuts. I hate the process though, it seems like the in-between stage requires a lot of hat-wearing.

I'm a complete bitch when it comes to my hair. I get a cut every 4-6 weeks, with the 'free trim' in between. I always show up at the Salon with a page from a magazine - usually either GQ or Esquire - in hand and I point at it and say "I want THAT".

Invariably I end up needing some new product to keep the proper look for the next month and a half, and I always buy the same brand. I have like, five different hair styling products with the same brand-name sitting on my bathroom counter.

30 years old, no grey, not a single hair lost and my stylist always comments on how thick my hair it. Just to rub it in on all y'all baldies.

I went from a brunette to a blonde two-ish weeks ago. About 4 hours and $190.00 later, the stupid girl had completely ruined my hair. It was AWFUL. There was some orange parts, yellow parts, parts that were still dark and parts that were white. I was sooo choked. My hairdresser friend (who I now know I should have gone to in the first place) saw me and freaked out, and dragged me back to the salon and got my money back and fixed my hair for me.

Never again!!

I can't wait until all of us guys with the rather common sort, slightly messy hair style are the new version of the 50 year olds at the office with the side part because we still think it looks good.

Wait a minute. I sport the side part and I am not even close to 50. What are you trying to say?

I just got mine cut a little over a week ago. Super short on the side and about an inch and a half on the top.

I was going to make another thread dedicated to my haircut but I figured not.

20 and still no bald spot.
