The overwhelming urge to take a piss off of that thing is killing me.

I don't have a clue how they build something like this, but it seems like an accident wrapped in a package of shaky knees and fainting.
It's not already built. It's under construction now.

Here's a video from CTV showing the current progress: http://toronto.ctv.ca/servlet/an/loc...TorontoNewHome

Looking at the video, the rendering seems to be a little off. The walkway will be a lot wider than it appears in the rendering, which makes it look like you'll literally be hanging on the edge and if you took a step forward, you'd be hanging off the Tower. But, looking at the video, there will be plenty of room.

I did the Bridge Climb on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and this looks like it will use a similar safety harness system as in Sydney. With that one, once you are secured to the safety wire, you can't remove it until you're back on solid ground.

Anybody below the CN Tower will get a piss shower as I will most likely piss my pants if I tried something like this. I hate being afraid of heights.

I don't get the CTV video and the fact you have to wear rubber soled shoes? You know some jackass is going to "whoops, my shoe just came off" and kill somebody. I don't get it. Anyway, looks like we found a place for our next team offsite!

Funny phobia, I've jumped out of airplanes and repelled out of helicopters. I once jumped off of a cliff in Colorado into a river. I've also bungie jumped.

But you get me up on a roof of a house or on top of a ladder and I'm terrified. But on a super high height, I'm fine.

Helicopters aren't cheap. Neigbouring buildings aren't tall.

It's funny watching people freak out over the glass floor at the Calgary Tower. This... probably a little too scary for me.
