Buffets suck. Quality is not the main goal, its quantity. If you dont' eat until you are superstuffed, then you feel like you didn't get your moneys worth, and if you did, you feel like crap all day

Ohhhhh yeah, those smoked salmon and the omelettes are to die for...I make it a monthly ritual.

Yea, my friends and I did that. Didn't like the way they served the sushi though...we are big eaters, and the trays are just too slow!

Good deal though.

Sushi Ichiban/Sushi Tokyo/Korean BBQ Sushi Inn

All decent sushi for all you can eat. Haven't found one as good up here in edmonton yet.
