I don't think anyone has brought this up, but Groupon's commercials are being openly slammed and could be considered one of the biggest marketing goofs in the history of the Superbowl. The concept was far to high brow and didn't go into enough detail to explain, that if you go to Groupon you can actually support the causes... Either way it was one hell of a disaster.
Having lived in Michigan for a few years this one blew me away. Detroit has a lot of warts, but that city, and more importantly the people in it, is/are amazing. I honestly miss living there and this commercial really captured it.
Chrysler is crap and their products suck. But that commercial gave me goosebumps.

Solid message and concept, and the "Imported from Detroit" is a great slogan too.
But to send that strong of a message, but also to debut the.....Chrysler 200? Basically a rebadged rental fleet Sebring with a new grille and new wheels? Weak, and not the right image to go along with everything else that makes that commercial pretty good. Surely Chrysler has to have something else more fitting to better suit that ad, even if its not a brand new model.
Eminem actually owning that car is about as far fetched as me being in that Kardashian commercial.

If they had a new 300 with Eminem driving, I'd believe it. That car looked like a million bucks and was a fraction of that. There's no way he's gonna own a 200, which looks cheap and not even close to something he'd own. It was a great commercial until the car was revealed.
