Upon further review, the guy was pretty ineffective at getting tubby off of his girlfriend. She got in a few good shots while they were on the ground while buddy just kind of stood there.

I think it's safe to say that you never lay a hand on a woman was coined when women didn't act this way. Ladies don't start drunken fights in a taco shop - hoodrats do.

Ha, chicks, they want equality but they want to keep all the perks. He shouldnt have protected her then. "Sorry hun, fight your own battles, equality and all that."

/sarcasm (for those who needed it....)

The whole problem here is that she thought she could say or do whatever she wanted because her boyfriend would protect her and she was right and so she escalated the situation.

Although, if it were my girlfriend and she deliberately escalated an already dangerous and touchy situation because she knew I'd step in, I would be seriously, seriously pissed off.

As for restraint, okay, if you can then thats the admirable way to go, if you had that guy fighting a 130lb girl thats one thing, but hes fighting with two sumos here. Even though they're girls thats a lotta weight hes gotta move, hes going to have to put some emphasis in there!

But again, the hair pulling and dragging them by their clothes seems excessive to the point of extremely lazy.

"I could grab and seperate them, but then I'd have to get my hands in there, one of them might try and eat me, I'll just grab the hair and go from there."

This is something I'd imagine happening in New Jersey.

Pretty much yea. I wouldnt ever hit a woman unless she was attacking me and i needed to defend myself. I get that guys are naturally stronger and can cause a lot of damage to women but stupid bitches should know this before they start attacking guys. If they cant show restraint neither will i.

If my girlfriend was being attacked i would kick some ass, i dont care who they are or what they are id be busting faces.

This you never hit a girl BS is just that BS.

I spar with grown men every night at Tae Kwon Do class. The older, well-trained upper belts will go out of their way to take it easy on me, but the younger, lower belts will do just the opposite- punch and kick as hard as they can. It's definitely made me much more effective and confident when it comes to sparring, I was extremely afraid of it when I started six years ago. Men hit WAY harder and are extremely more powerful than women. I am almost 6 ft and about 145 lbs and even boys who are often way shorter/same weight as me can knock me back. I have had a fractured hand, a broken foot, and a few cracked ribs in the past few years, all from sparring men who accidently hit too hard. I never had any sort of injuries from sparring women.

Point is- man vs woman (in most cases) is really not a fair fight realistically. If a guy is going to take a slap from a girl I think he should be able to slap her back. However, I think that men have to be aware of excessive force and aware that they are probably much stronger than a woman in most cases, and capable of doing more damage in a fist fight scenario.

That Russian video is awesome. I was expecting the first 2 guys to start fighting, not both get beat by some random walking by.
It makes no sense at all; reminds my other that other Russian thread. Russia is great!

Because of our wonderful domestic violence laws...
If you as a man decide to hit a woman out of self-defense, you go to jail no matter what if the woman reports it to the police.

Best thing to do when being physically confronted by a woman is to just walk away. No need to go all rage and prove how tough you are. As BigBrodieFan said, 9.9/10 times, men are substantially more powerful than women. There is never a need to defend yourself.

Not that I disagree, but I think that women also have to be aware of this and act accordingly. It isn't only the responsibility of the man to prevent things from happening.

If a guy is drunkenly provoking another guy who is 100lbs heavier and ripped, nobody feels sorry for him when he gets his ass handed to him. He shouldn't have depended on the bigger guy restraining himself and restrained himself in turn.

Not true?

A good friend of mine from Saskatoon got in an argument with his old lady and she hit him in the eye, leaving it blackened. He pushed her away from him in defense. She then phoned the police. The police came, did no investigating whatsoever, and took him to jail. He now has to clear his good name in court and take anger management courses. And this is a guy who has never been in any serious legal trouble before.

yea thats definitely a different world.

those were some chunky war pigs (girls that like to fight and don't think anyone should hit back).

I think everyone deserves what they are asking for though. So unfortunately we are raised to not strike a girl, but that also requires some discipline from their end to make it a cooperative rule.
