You won't start seeing snow until later this afternoon.

If you can't dress for the elements, you should stay home.
Best to wait for slurpee cup conditions. Actually, I once went riding on July 4th in Colorado. They had a huge puddle to try and get across. It was actually fun.

I'll be waiting on my front law in my snow built self defense trench. Because you know that the Empire is coming

I can do without the snow as you can drive places where there is more than enough of it but a 14-21 day period of weather in the -5 to -10 degree range would be perfect for the shinny season that has already been great up until the last week as most of the ponds and rinks were turning to mush....Bring on some moderate cold!

At the airport right now, the plane we are taking out of here is coming in late from Winnipeg. Off to the airport bar.

Wrong.

Snow = go skiing.

Hitting up Louise with my new powder skis (K2 ObSETHeds, google em) on Sunday...can't wait!

Need the right goggle lense for flat light, Oakley Hi Intensity Yellow lenses do the job.

It's like camping in the rain, sure I got the gear, and a full slicker if need be, but it's just not as fun.

Skiing is expensive, save your money for the nice days.

The only time I got talked into going to Fortress, it was cold and a gale force wind, literally the wind knocked us over on that front ridge, snow blasted the frickin skin off our faces. Not fun.

I was skiing Sunshine before they had a gondola, taking the buses up was a wild ride, once our bus hit another in a switchback

So far the commute is looking favourable. Stay away for the next hour and I'll be a happy boy.

Hwy 2 at Bowden appears to be backed up. Road quickly becoming snow covered.

Snow not really moving south that fast.

You should be a Meteorologist with the government, you're obviously more intelligent than the Environment Canada employees.
