That does raise a valid point though. Out of curiosity, why haven't you called them to find out? I could see posting this question during the weekend while they're closed.

Obviously, when done by mail ( as I have done in the past) they need orignals, not copies.

Seriously, last night I went home and used that link you provided for me and started on the forms- Belize here I come!

Puckluck- don't feel bad. I've been over 10 years without a passport because I was too busy/lazy/blonde/dumb whatever to look for the right forms. (And I never really needed one) Hope you get it soon, especially if you're going someplace exotic.
