Draft Pick
Maybe it's the recent Kipper nostalgia, but man does it feel good to beat Tampa in their barn.

Only caught the 2nd and 3rd but it looked solid.

And Huby's got linemates, particularly Sharangovich, with the instincts to actually capitalize on his plays. Happy for both of them.

Other than Tanev, looking like a lot of addition by subtraction.
Fun to watch guys that want to be here, playing well together… youth, guys with a point to prove, backstopped by some very solid veterans makes this a fun team to watch again. Even if playoffs are looking like a dream.
The big smiles on vets like Huberdeau and Backlund when congratulating the young guys is great to see.

It's night and day.

What a group.
Great game but Calgary and Tampa have basically identical records

Baby steps for Huberdeau. He's always been an elite passer - I'm not sure how many players in the league could make that dish tonight.

I'll always root for the guy but can't help but smile that it's not working out there. No doubt that his GAF cratered this year and he's having a hard time getting it going again

That was a fun game to watch. Flames played well and played as a team. Young guys looked really good. Lightning missing depth is really hurting them. Markstrom's last game as a Flame could be a win.
