GOAT!
Florida got Ekblad and Verhaeghe back tonight, and it showed!
God I hope they can all stay healthy for the next 20ish games.

We all hate Tampa (it was in), and we all have a soft spot for former Flames (Tkachuk , Bennett, Lomberg) and the sons of former Flames (Reinhart).
Don't make me beg. Let's go Panthers!

Kind of wish Florida would have blew it tonight and got the Leafs instead, in the end was probably the Leafs blowing it to avoid Florida

The team with the better record has lost these series IIRC.
It’s still hard to bet against Kucherov, Point, Stamkos, Hedman and Vasilevskiy. So much depends on Bobrovsky.

Barkov, Tkachuk, Reinhart, Tarasenko, Verhaeghe, Bennett, Ekblad, Montour, Forsling and Bobrovsky.
Bolts are top-heavy. Cats are deep. Should be fun to watch!

Nope it's still #### Tkachuk.
He could have taken 8 years and $10.5M to be the leader here.
The whole "he could have signed long term but Treliving didn't want to" thing is giving him a free pass. He could have demanded a trade even if he had a contract still that offseason.
He didn't want to be here, and he probably would have forced his way out one way or another.

Barkov and Tkachuk, yes. Reinhart has had a great season but I'm not convinced yet. The rest are OK depth. Bob is the wild card.
Kucherov > Tkachuk. Point = Barkov. Stamkos > Reinhart. Hedman > Forsling. Vasilevskiy > Bobrovsky. Hagel > Tarasenko. Duclair = Verhaege. Bennett = Cirelli. Raddysh > Ekblad.
Top end plus goaltending is going to usually win out.

So what I'm hearing is you guys can't wait for more Playoff Tkachuk? That's pretty awesome. How interested are you, would you say? Interested, very interested or very interested?
