I predict that I ended up screaming that Jooris and Colborne are useless and that special teams is an epic fail but I will enjoy the game regardless.
GFG.
Don't think we'll win this won but I'm up for a pleasant surprise.

The bolded is correlated.
Corsi Jones @vowswithinhbDec 16Kingston, Ontario
Great point from Colin S on FN Joe Colborne ranks 5th in PP time and avg PP time per game. He has only TWO PP GOALS in his career..

Not sure who you put in front of the net on Unit 2 if not him. Jones? He's not been as good since he hurt his foot a couple games ago. Ferland might like the chance, but he's not been earning it IMO. Maybe Bouma when he returns.

I'll take anything from this game. 1 or 2 points would be a huge win to keep the stretch alive.

I'd say a guy is underrated when many people said his Art Ross win was a fluke and he'd never do it again.

You never, ever hear any media talk about him unless they're covering the Stars. Or at least I never do anyway.

Small guys do well in front too. Hudler had been great in front. Colborne simply isn't good enough to be there. It's not working, it never did. Lots of other options

Hamilton's big. Can we put him in front of the net?

Not only that, but he's usually not one of the first names when you talk about "best in the league".
People usually cycle through some of the big names first before they remember he's been on of the best players for the past 120 games or so.

Another reason for giving Colborne PP time is his ability to win board battles in an attempt to keep or gain possession in the O zone. I have no problem with the reasoning behind giving him time on the power play, it's just that it hasn't been successful. But nothing has been successful, and it certainly is not just him.

For 3 or 4 years now, Benn has always been excellent against the Flames, so I guess that's why I've noticed him for a while now, but now he's excellent against pretty much everyone, so I'm just wondering why it's taking so long for everyone to notice just how good he is.

They're going to have to squeak another one out against a tough opponent in a tough building. They'll have to weather some storms again, but I hope they do it better than against Nashville, cause Dallas has more finish. I think everyone just needs to be conscious of their defensive responsibilities and the team just needs to be opportunistic like the were on tuesday. We've won games that way in Dallas vs Lehtonen before.
If they have to stretch it out to OT again, then so be it. You take points any way you can get them on a trip like this.
