noticed on CapFriendly, a couple college UFAs have signed.
Drew Bavaro, defensemen from Notre Dame signed with Chicago.
Christian Felton, defensemen from Merrimack signed with Vancouver.
Both received $92.5K signing bonuses, which seemed to be the price to pay to secure college UFAs last spring.
Teams are being eliminated from their conference playoffs, so I'd expect a few more to trickle in over the next few days and weeks.
Conference playoffs will conclude this coming weekend, followed by Frozen Four regionals at the end of the month. By then only 4 teams will remain, so majority of college season's will be done. Frozen Four takes place April 11-13.

“Traditionally, we don’t go after 10 college free agents — we try to target one or two, and he was one of the guys that we targeted,” said Flames assistant general manager Brad Pascall.

FYI: signing bonuses are capped at 10% of annual compensation on ELCs. They're not really anything teams can adjust or dangle to get UFAs to sign if they're within their ELC years.
the top 4 scorers in the NCAA that year each had 60+ points, and were all college UFAs. Zach Aston-Reese ended up having the most "success". The others were Foo, Mike Vecchione and Tyler Kelleher.
These guys were not drafted for a reason, but it is still fun to hope for a 'free asset' who becomes something
edit. Foo was highly sought after. If I recall, the Flyers, Red Wings and Oilers were all after him.

Yeah, usually these guys just end up as AHL depth... but occasionally you get a Tyler Bozak or Jimmy Vesey who have a nice long career in the NHL. And hey... they're "free".

The flames 89 team had 5 undrafted NCAAers in the lineup the night of the shiny thing - those were the days !
