That poster has been flirting with some asinine takes for a while now.

Guess he’s magic. Not in the scrum, and yet… being bullied in the scrum. Amazing. Or Tkachuk has ungodly long arms and I just never noticed.

Y'know, down 6-1 and the Panthers don't look rattled.

They are looking ROUGH today, but it doesn't look like this is really shaking them.

I'll take that as boding well for Tuesday's game.

Why would they be rattled. True Champs take their lumps but they won't look anything like McDavids face already does .

Your telling me the oilers have hope??

Do you have the same stance when it comes to Caitlyn Clark and the WNBA?

So I think the loss is pretty significant. Although it will only be 3-1 objectively it does feel like a series now.

May be, just may be, the Panthers want to win at home so they can celebrate with their fans?

Meh. Letting your Flames pessimism bleed through. One time in 1942. This ain’t a series.

Now that the game is out of reach, the refs decide to call penalty on the Oilers so they can say they were not playing favouritism to the Oilers.

Did Florida also take the Flames PP setup in one of our deals? What the hell are they doing?

Yeah I’m happy with this win but I still don’t think they will win the series. If they manage to dominate game 5 I might be starting to think it’s possible.

I'd say the cats aren't the least bit worried. They know they're capable of great things .
Discipline, tenacity and patience each at its own time. They got this.

It's almost too predictable what we're seeing right now with the officiating.

Because they have contained the Oilers well this series, and Bob's been God-like. So the Coilers getting some bounces going into the FLA net and some going out of the EDM net might rattle a team a bit.

And no. I do not think that the Oilers are the '42 Leafs, and I have no doubt that the Panthers will finish them off. Hopefully on Tuesday.

This is a blip for the Coilers, and while I am disappointed in the outcome (I was hoping this would be the score, the other direction) I am not worried.
