Oh man, for that match to end on a Rublev double fault is pretty disappointing. Bweh played excellent today and I wanted to see a 3rd set tie-break.

The H2H is 11-1 in favor of Novak. The only Grigor win was way back in 2013 on the Madrid clay.

I think he wants to stick around certainly for the Paris Olympics (wants that gold medal) but he also wants to catch and surpass Fed for career titles and then get to 110 titles to usurp Jimmy Connors.

Welp, Gaby and Erin picked a bad time to have their worst match of the week in Cancun as they lose 6-1 7-6 10-6 in the semi-finals. They rallied from 7-2 down in the match tie-break to make it 7-6 but that's as close as they could get. Oh well, some excellent results for this newly formed team, hope they keep it going in 2024.
