Normally I'd feel the same way, but we're talking about a guy who almost ended his career before it started due to his inability to reign in his emotions. When a guy has a history a typical training camp scuffle takes on a bit of a different dynamic.

He got his helmet ripped off by the same guy two plays in a row. I don't think there's many players out there who wouldn't scuffle with them.

He really needs to get his migrane situation sorted out or he's going to have a pretty short career. Maybe his noggin isn't up to the rigors of professional football.

would the NFL allow him to use hippy lettuce if a doctor said that is what stops the migraines?

The doctor would be lying.

Agreed, but to me it's a worrisome pattern of provocation leading to throwing a punch. I know it happens all the time, but if I'm the Titans I'm asking myself if he's going to keep his cool when he's provoked in a game, which is definitely going to happen.

How are you enjoying Angerer? Wanted him in orange and blue pretty badly.

Gary Bracket but with more potential and perfect for the Colts D. I was really excited when they took him in the 2nd round. I also am inclined to love any Bill Polian draft pick, who may go down as the best Draft GM in the history of football.
Colt's pre-season football sure is boring to watch every year, I remember them winning one game in the last 4 or 5 seasons. This year is extra tough because around the 2nd half when it's all backups, the talk shifts to last years superbowl and then Peyton Manning's legacy of course.

Even though as a Colt's fan this means next to nothing, and could care less about hypotheticals, this could be one of the best teams the Colts have had to start a season in the Manning era.

Not completely true.
He loses some accuracy going downfield, no question. Does he have the Jay Cutler arm? No. He can get the ball downfield though.
Orton sprained his ankle horribly at Washington last year. Chris Simms came in and played like me. They played Orton hurt the rest of the year. That had a lot more to do with any offensive ineffectiveness in the second half of the season last year than defenses figuring out how to shut down anything.
All of that aside, show me a better option for them at this point. I don't think you can.

I'm ok with Orton getting an extra year. Shows good faith. He played the good soldier, kept his mouth shut, signed his tender and has played hard from word go. I expect good things from him this year, and it gives Tebow an extra year to learn before being thrown into the fire.

I think he's going to surprise. All reports are that he's been virtually flawless in camp.

Nah. He is what he is. Efficient but can't stretch the field. He can win you some games but the ceiling is low. Broncos may finish last in the AFC West this year.

Year 5 is traditionally the make or break year for a QB. This is Orton's 5th, 2nd in this system. He's no deep ball monster but he's better than you think. If the Broncos finish last in the AFC West it has more to do with Doom being out for the year than Orton not playing well.

I agree. With Bob and Gonzo back in the lineup, it will really help the team. Hopefully Sanders can stay healthy. Having Hughes and Chick as the 3rd and 4th DE's will give the team a lot of depth. The division and playoffs should be a lock but after that it's still a crapshoot. Wayne, Clark, Gonzalez, Collie, Garco. Lots of weapons.
1 game knockout with such good teams like Baltimore, San Diego, New England, NY Jets, Cincinatti, etc means nobody is safe in the AFC.

Just my opinion, but I think the division is far from a lock for the Colts. Playoffs maybe. It's going to be an interesting season.

Especially since he doesn't exactly have NFL talent.
The best thing he did was throw that punch in the Boise St. game as it overshadowed the fact that he was god awful against a small Boise St. defense.
The guy shouldn't be in an NFL training camp, was undrafted for a reason and now shouldn't have the leeway to act like a jerk during training camp.
Fisher may be dumb enough to keep him, and he has shown that he is an idiot, but most successful teams would get rid of this loser right now as he adds nothing positive to the team.
