When are people available for a scrimmage / practice this weekend?
Wife is going on another business trip. I need to arrange sitters. (Any child sitters in the Buy and Sell? Fotze maybe?)
I will invite Swing, Baby. Just to get the numbers up. Hopefully a few of Central can make it also.
Saturday or Sunday?
St gregorys 1200.

Well that's good enough for me.
Sunday April 19
1200
St Gregory's School
(adjacent to Optimist Athletic PArk, dimaond #5)
I will invite Central, and Swing, Baby; so we should have enough for a god scrimmage. Will invite Shawnski too, since he's not on here much.

Hey Team!!
I would love to practice this weekend but can only make it on Saturday.
The Hitmen play Sunday afternoon at 2:00, so I work at noon.

FKA, as per your pm about the hat budget, I think we need to kinda put it to a bit of a vote. Like I said, I'm not much of a hat guy, so personally, I'm of the opinion that the less we spend on hats, the more we bank. But alot of you guys are hat people and if the hats are nice enough, you'll likely be more inclined to wear them. And it'd be pretty lame if the hats were crap and none of us wore them.
So with our total roster of 13 people each paying $100 plus Pete's cash of $500, we've got $1800 (in theory... still need to collect $400).
I don't know how much balls are, but I believe Uncle Chester mentioned in the neighbourhood of $60. And speaking of which, Junky, there is nothing in the info package about the ball place you mentioned earlier. I'll probably just go down there next week during the day and grab the balls.
League fees were $1350. Tack on $60 for balls and our cost is $1410. That means we have ~$390. Then take $140 of it and refund to Aeneas and SJ for last year's overages, so we're down to $250 max for hats. Anything less than that is a bonus. I'll leave it up to you hat wearing folk to decide. FKA, figure out how much the hats will cost and I can either write you a cheque or give you the CPSW debit card (ooohhhh aaahhhh!).
But see how long you can put off paying. Of the four people remaining to pay, one is paying on the weekend at practice, one indicated payment will come at the beginning of may, one already tried to pay me but I somehow overlooked the pm and I have now replied (so I assume that cash is pretty much available for pickup) and one is going to get back to me in the next week or so, but might be looking for a slight extension (which will be no prob, we'll just take longer to pay back Aeneas and SJ!!).
Looks like we're in business. Games start May 3 at 6:05
