I hoped Honzek become the true 2nd line player who will be part of future team. Unfortunately he looks like become 3rd line player or Moss type player at best. So I hope he learn from those 2 and become useful player for us.

Zayne is already really good at straddling that blueline. That last pass was a little too obvious, should just get it on net with traffic. But that was a good shift for him.

He's 20
Eight players from his draft have played more NHL games than him. Eight.

The Delta Center is playing a Mario power up sound at the end of a penalty kill. Guess that is allowed? Why don't all arenas do that for the home team?

That was actually a good shift for Sharky. Some good effort and taking shots. More of that please.

What coach gets a different result with this team tonight?

A coach who has had success in professional hockey and is good at what he does?
Maybe nobody. Or maybe a proven coach. We will never know as the Flames only hire bargain bin coaches or coaches with the last name Sutter.

Zary shouldn’t be slamming his stick on the ice asking for the puck when he’s going to lose it within 2 seconds of getting it.

He has such a fantastic release, he needs to find his way into the slot a lot more like he did when he scored 30

Good lord, what a non-answer. What would Quenneville b doing with this lineup? How would he get a different result?

Because he had proven he can take a bottom ass team and get a playoff amount of points out of them.
