You think he didn't know that by Christmas? You think he didn't know Wolf was going to be the starter here for years to come by then? Easy for him to say that and move on publicly we talked for about 10 minutes. He was sincere.

Im not telling myself, Im going with what him and his goalie coach both said on record in the spring.

But yeah he totally approched you to tell you he wanted a 3 year deal. (Which I wouldnt want the Flames to give him anyway) Vladar was also playing like ass the first half of last season, he probably would have taken any NHL deal.

Last thing i'm going to say on this. He said they're only offering 2 and he didn't want to take it at the time. Which kinda makes sense given Cooley was off to a really hot start for the Wranglers. Still the backup situation is not inspiring
