Both games that Lucic and Nordstrom have been played together, they've severely damaged the team's ability to win. Bennett couldn't help them, Ryan can't help them. It's a disservice to the team to play 20+17. We would be much better off with Gawdin/Ruzicka.

Lucic could never be accused of being a smart player but he’s been especially dumb today. How does ward not bench him?? Rest of the team semi cement-headish too. Don’t have a good feeling going into the third.

So far CGY hasn't reached the pace of play they had in previous games. They are also giving it to them all over the place. Just get it going with speed and get in their end. Make the zone big and make plays or just get it to the net.
They have to skate this period and just get to loose pucks and battle for rebounds, battle for everything. Play with some urgency this period boys!
