All 3 D pairings look solid, 2 offensive threat lines, elite shut down line, and a heavy crash & bang style line. With spares to plug in as injuries happen. The Flames haven’t been this deep for a run in a looong time. And wearing the right jerseys for success, I’m stoked for this season.

Laine told Sara Orlesky in the interview after the 1st that they're lucky to only be down 2.
Tough to argue, that was a great period by the Flames.
