Bennett could have 10 goals right now but he shoots it into the chest/pads everytime.

I add Backlund to my list of screeners as i would have been annoyed by him on the last play if i was playing....

There's no way our PP should be this bad with the talent we can throw out there. And this is with a completely new coaching staff and different systems from last year. It's astonishing that these guys still can't seem to figure it out.

I can’t wait until Andersson or Valimaki turn into PP quarterbacks. We need a game changer on that back end

The Avs forward was almost literally on top of Smith. He couldn't see anything. I get the hate after the first goal but we need to call the 2nd for what it was........a complete fluke.

No wonder the PP is so bad. They practice on Smitty and probably have a 50% success rate in those situations.

My guess is that if properly executed, Tkachuk ends up in front of the net on the cycle but the PP is so bad, he never gets close.

It may be a case of sticks to tight. Unlike last year, I see that the team has movement in mind, and creating cross seams passes, but the puck control is just off. Fighting in the puck more and under stress rather than dictating control.
