Down by 3 goals with half a game to play still, and I'm not seeing much desperation from these guys, especially considering their season hangs in the balance. This is so disappointing.

I don't care what anyone says, Hartley > Gulutzen. Hartley maybe wasn't the "cup winning" solution, but he was way better than Gulutzen.

Odd angle for a pinch by Hamilton. Especially since Monahan was already there.

Yep, I was listening to the pregame on the fan and they said the flames are 10 games above .500 on the road and 1 game under at home.

“50/50 Hockey”.
This has been the only constant this entire season. The system generates so few actual scoring chances in a game that giving up 4 goals is pretty much an automatic loss.
Just chuck more trash at the net boys, Coach says do it - so do it.

The Flames have some absolutely dominating shifts with nothing to show for them.

Can only be given so many PPs before the whistle tightens up or things even out. Make it count!!!!

Astute observation. Flames are being outchanced and out-high-danger-chances in a game they must win. This is truly disappointing because they usually win those battles and this is a game they have to win.

####...where was this team the first 68 games of the season? The flames are playing really well right now. I think they win this one.
