Give them both 2 minutes for roughing, sit them in the penalty box. Then just make sure they both head straight for their teams tunnels at the end of the game. Not hard.

If I was either player, I'd be annoyed to have a 10 minute penalty tagged onto my stats for the night for basically doing nothing. I know its not a major issue, just felt they could have defused the situation without having to chuck them both out of the game.
