It's crazy how good the ducks are. They're not only fast they're skilled and huge. They can cycle us winning all the board play. On defense they play tight to our players letting us have to make fast quick plays often outmuscling us.

We'll need a heck of a performance from Ramo and maybe the D need to stay back a bit more.

Flames need to calm down.

Players caught being too aggressive when Ducks have the puck and leading to way too many odd man rushes.

Just be patient and pick your spots. Ducks eating us alive with patient smart hockey.

How should the broadcast team be complimenting the flames? There's little to nothing to compliment. Bland? Yes. Bias it anti flames? No

He has the offensive numbers tho.

I don't get it. Is that a garbage bag commercial or a Honda commercial?

How about not saying the penalty on Hudler was a good call while the tripping on Monahan was "incidental"?

He doesn't look horrid for positioning. His speed... hard to tell. Ferland gets a ton of hits because he doesn't mind hitting late. Wolf, on the other hand, seems to abort mission when its borderline. I'm not convinced Wolf is that much slower than Ferland.

I think everyone needs to take a step back. Let's save the doom and gloom for the election thread on Tuesday, positive thoughts from here on out.

Go Flames Go!! Only one shot to change our outlook.

Man, this Duck team is fast and they have way too much depth in the lineup. We still make some mistakes and thanks to Ramo for bailing them out. Flames is still playing the game the Anaheim way. Need to go back to the Flames game with speed and long passes. Not so sure Bennett or Wolf working out on the first line so I can see Hartley putting Gaudreau back on that line. Bennett should go back with Backlund and Colborne then put Wolf with Jooris and Bollig and let Wolf and Bollig create havoc out there.

Even though we didn't score on that power play, at least we made some chances there.

I think Karri Ramo is playing well tonight and I hope his teammates reward him with some goals soon.

Winnipeg went into the 3rd period with a lead in three of their four games against the Ducks. I'm realizing that's actually pretty impressive now.
