I feel bad for Philippe. He was the odd man out in Vancouver, and only made it into these Olympics due to a snowboarder injury. He's spent most of his amateur career having to deal with injuries but has done really well when healthy. You could see the disappointment,

Getting to ski last can be a good thing because you can see what others have done - but the course will get worse and worse as other skiers go. I think being last has benefits that outweigh the negatives though.

The speed is amazing. Everything else in that looked beatable to me. But I don't know how to judge moguls.

I think that yank got jobbed a bit considering previous scores. His run looked pretty good.

His second jump was only a back flip though - not the difficulty others have out down. I think that hurt him a bit.
