What does ratings or the creative approach of 2 and a half men have anything to do with what's happened or whats happening now.

The role was built around him and who he was outside of the show.

Lol at his "fans" not yet realizing he's just gone bat-#### insane. He left a multi-millionaire TV show to begin a traveling road show.

Shocking that the nonsensical ranting of a delusional, paranoid egomaniac didn't make for a good show. You could just go and listen to a hobo downtown for free.

Was just reading the reviews, haha what an absolute trainwreck. As an aside, it sounds like the crowd was hostile before he even came out, they boo'ed the warm up comedian off the stage. If you already know going in that your show is a pretty unrehearsed mess, you may not want to hold your inaugural show in the roughest city in the country. But to me that's just common sense, which he's clearly lacking in at the moment.

Well, he was right about one thing. He did walk away with the money of the losers who, in spite all common sense, actually thought they were going to be entertained.

They earned the right to get hosed.

My point was, him walking away from his gig at 2.5 men isn't crazy at all. $2 million an episode doesn't look so tempting when the work he's already done on the show will keep keep him godly rich indefinitely. Larry David made almost $2 billion during his 8 seasons with Seinfeld. It's not unreasonable to think Sheen will make a comparable amount, as he is the lynch pin of the show and everyone knows it.

With that kind of cheddar, you can do whatever you want, and I know I wouldn't pick being a star on a dumb sitcom.

Massive ego + mental illness = dangerously unfunny and losing.

It takes a lot of time and ability to put on a one person show. Charlie Sheen is a performer who's always had his lines written for him and his marks laid out, I don't think that he's capable of doing his own stuff, because frankly his bs rantings became boring and pathetic to me in a hurry.

I'm laughing at those people who got ripped off by expecting Sheen to be some kind of genius.

In the end Sheen summed up the whole thing best

"Dude, I've already got your money"

Really, didn't they get what they were expecting? An absolute sh*tshow of a performance and brutally horrible?

Doesn't really have anything to do with Charlie Sheen, but to replace him on Two and a Half Men they have signed...

wait for it...

Ashton Kutcher

hehe, not sure how this will turn out.

Well my once favourite show is now officially down the toilet.

Kutcher is a total romantic-comedy putz mangina....

I think it'll be a successful show with Kutcher for a few seasons, and then Kutcher will get in a fight with Lorre, quit, go on tour with a bizarre comedy show........

Larry David was the creator of a show that was the best sitcom of all-time.

Charlie Sheen was an actor of a show that is f'ing terrible.

It is very unreasonable to think that Sheen will make as much as David.

The Show definitely won't be the same without Sheen. I may watch how the show goes with Kutcher and shall go from there.
