As bad as Felix started yesterday, he's quick out of the gates today with a hold and a break of Rune to kick things off.

Felix takes the opening set 6-3 and Rune looks all out of sorts. FAA didn't have to do very much in all honesty and isn't serving all that well either. It was essentially a gifting of the opening set by Holger.

Felix is into the Basel final following a 6-3 6-2 win over Holger Rune. Very composed performance from FAA however I can't say the same for his opponent who looked like he wanted to be somewhere else today.

Felix really stepped on the gas in that tie-break, it was 3-3 and then FAA rolls winning four straight points. 18 winners, 9 unforced errors from Felix in that opening set (I think a couple were double faults). Keep it going!!

Hubi is not looking good, he looked like he jammed his knee on a volley in the first set tie-break and is grimacing very noticeably out there.

Darn it, Felix let two break points come and go. Sent a routine backhand long at 30-40. As we all know, an animal is most dangerous when it is wounded.

Two more break points come and go in that service game. Felix needs to hold to get to a 2nd set tie-break. It's getting a little dicey for FAA.
