Yeah, about 47-30 is what it would take. This team is putting itself in a position where they will need a sustained hot streak, and they haven't been able to do that yet this season.
It's frustrating because the offense is really strong, but the defense isn't there yet, and the pitching isn't there yet.
Big picture wise though, this has still been a strong season so far. They won 60 something games in 2019 and drafted 5th overall, they've come a long ways in a short time.
It's also frustrating for a guy who follows the prospects, because so many of the top ones keep getting injured.
Still a bright future though, and this season isn't over yet either. Maybe a strong second half is still in the cards.
It's clear 2020 was an abberation and he learned nothing about actually
