The only salve that can soothe the hurt of a Flames loss is a corresponding Oilers loss. Thank you Oilers for continually providing the relief that a suffering Flames fan is looking for.

Maybe they should start shooting from the redline.

Haha right? That was such a pathetic press conference by Randall from Recess. Throwing shade at the Flames by saying they're a volume opponent who pads stats and that the Oilers dominated that game. 40ish games into the season and the Oilers are only in the hunt by unsustainable PP and shooting percentages. Can't wait to see those losers miss the playoffs.

I have never hated an Oilers coach this much since MacTavish. The last one before that was Sather and his smirk face, but at least his team was winning a lot.

I agree with this wholeheartedly.

When he strutted out after the Greasers eliminated the Flames last year and stood there so smug I had dirty visions of farm-boy Sutter just walking out and one-punch knocking him out.

He's an over-rated, greasy, schwarmy, POS. He's got a very punchable face, and attitude, and I will enjoy watching him fail.

Before him, I never understood what a punchable face was, now I know. Every time the camera pan over to his face, I want to punch my TV.

I feel the same way every time I see Hyman too. Now he's in that dumb car commercial.

Don’t think you’ll have to wait long.

After losing 5 in a row at home, how long until they start talking about having to turn to the glue gun?

Well he’s already banned from being on the broadcasts. Not sure if Katz can pull strings in regards to SN writers.

But didn't glue gun declined the promotion after they fired Tippett? I think glue gun knows how soiled the dressing room is and though he isn't smart but he's smart enough to not let himself into that pile of .

Their record was 23-18-3 last year when Tippett was fired. They have to go 3-1-1 over their next 5 games to match that.

Over their next 5 games, they play the Islanders and Colorado at home and LA, Anaheim, and San Jose on the road.
