Thanks. That's what I recall hearing too. It wasn't really clear to me if they were part of this...but at 99% now there would only be 24-28000 left so they must be? Or the media have the numbers wrong which wouldn't surprise me.
Remaining vote numbers are always screwy.
Also, once it gets to 99%, you don't know if it's 99.0% or 99.9%. I think that's basically meaningless.

The gross thing is, Trump has laid the seeds of destruction for the GOP. They were dirty players before him, they are going to be absolutely reprehensible and without morals now.
Regardless that Trump loses, the people who put him in power win.

The local correspondent for CNN in Georgia says all the Clayton votes are going to be in by midnight, which was what they had said they were aiming for earlier.
The last batch of votes from Georgia (to get the lead down to ~1900) was from Rockdale county.
Gwinnett is going to keep counting but won't update numbers until tomorrow morning.
Smaller counties won't count into the night.
