It drives me nut when an umpire abuses their power and think they are god. Sucks that whenever someone argue with them they get tossed out no matter if the person arguing are right or wrong. That umpire was brutal and his strike call was very questionable. League should review their performance. Totally lost respect on that umpire today and I was actually hoping that Russell Martin would have punch him out.

Is it just me or do alot of balls seem to be getting past Tulo that before he would of had? He's still hurt or just can't be bothered? I liked this team a lot more when he was on the injury list.

Both those walks to Saunders and Donaldson would have been called strikes yesterday. Amazing what a consistent umpire does!

I have to say, I'm a little worried about Estrada's 1st inning. We know he's a finesse and control pitcher anyway. So far though his fastball has only been between 82-86 so far, and the 86 mph was just two of them. He's usually consistently around 87-90.

Sure hope he's not heading to the DL soon.
