Can squiggs offer me the 3 card? I thought he could only do an offer when his card's reset? Assuming he has copied "offer" exactly, this is what it says:

3. Offer - When Offer's cards are reset you may pick one of your 3 move cards and give it to another

In post 3621 HG played his last card, then offered up the first card from his next set, which is how I thought this worked.
