WTF? Rent-a-pigs have jurisdiction to write parking tickets on property that's not owned by CT? Good old Calgary.

I imagine they only show up if the store owner complains. It's always been like that.

I bet Whitehorn is at less than 50% capacity, that thing used to be jammed daily, now it's well a deserted parking lot. You can see the people at Sunridge parking near the Bay and walking over like they are the geniuses that have figured this all out. Yet there cars stick out like a sore thumb @ 7 in the morning.

Whitehorn was 1/2 empty as soon as they opened McKnight/Westwinds.

And I know for a while Sunridge Mall was pretty militant about their parking lot. Have they let off, or does Starbucks wanting the morning coffee crowd mean they can't control cars a rigorously.
