The consensus on draft day and ever since has been that the Ducks done goofed. From the moment they took Sennecke, everyone else (including Sennecke himself) was in a state of utter disbelief. That threw all the lists out of whack, as teams suddenly had choices they were certain they would not have to make.
Chicago picked Levshunov exactly where Central Scouting had him ranked. They might have made a different choice with the benefit of hindsight, but it was a reasonable choice at the time.

Something like 12 games to go and he's at 96 points. He can easily average 2.0ppg in that time which puts him over 110p. Going to be one hell of a final stretch for the kid.

I think there are about 8 games left, but good thing is even with that, and a measly (for him) 2PPG he'll eclipse 110
