Cripes Backlund, that was a terrible pass. Just get it on net.

Ok Huberdeau. How about just one 10 million dollar play on the PP?

I haven't said anything that is untrue, again if we are pretending that either play showed that he belongs in the NHL or the Flames screwed up then there are thousands of guys that should be in the NHL right now.

Yeah, he's not playing poorly, but I want an 8 figure player to be better than "not bad"

I think he's playing pretty well. Not at 10.5m but much better than last year

It was a great, skilled hockey play that you would applaud if he were a Flame. Made a drop pass in the neutral zone, went to the net, kept his stick on the ice, and elevated the puck.

It was a goal-scorer's goal. Far away from a fluke.

Hes not going to be the player you think he is.

The flames have an extraordinary talent for giving ex players big nights.

I definitely wasn't in the Europe crowd, but also not dreaming up a wild scenario where he's a second line winger in this league

He might be Byron-lite offensively with a shorter nhl career

If course it does. Just like throwing a blind shot through traffic that ends up going in counts. Would you refer to that as a "sweet goal"?

Seems to be providing pretty good value for $0.8m

This team isn’t going anywhere until we stop saying “Markstrom played great BUT let a softy in.” Too many buts.

Eventually he needs to just make big saves without conceding a softy. So sick of it.

Tie game, 20 minutes left. Hope we see the opposite of last night's 3rd period. They've played a good road game, would be a shame to lose it.

I’ve given up on that lol. I just hope gets 80 points and doesn’t hurt the team. Kadri is Neal 2.0

Hopefully someone hits him so hard he pisses himself. Maybe he will wake the F up.
