6 foot 5, almost 200 pounds, brutally strong and exceptionally fast. Yeah, if you were building a FIFA character to dominate he'd pretty much be it.

The fact they got Alvarez too is basically unfair, he looks like quite the player himself.

And great movement and reaction time to balls played in the box.

Good football sense too.

Spurs were incredibly lucky to get a point out of that game.

I only caught the latter part of the game at Anfield. Was there a reason for all the added time after extra time?

Pope was down hurt during extra time. I don’t know if it was two minutes or not though.

Newcastle were using every tactic in the book to kill time, Joelintin alone spent 10 minutes on the pitch for 'cramp.'

They killed time and killed time and Mariner kept pointing at his watch saying he'd add time on but they just kept on doing it.

Kind of ironic that all the time-wasting came back to bite them in the end.

It has only been five games, but it certainly appears the only thing that can stop Man City is an injury crisis. Without an injury crisis their floor for points this season is probably 95. Sucks rooting for injuries as our best hope for a competitive season, but here we are.

Forest, palace, Bournemouth, and west ham were the wins

Newcastle kinda opened em up in the draw

Not exactly a murderer's row

After villa this week they go

Sevilla
Spurs
Dortmund
Wolves
United

Should know more then, not even if they win all or most, just how much the gap is in the games

Was just seeing any rumors for deadline day tomorrow

Specifically if liverpool were planning on playing a competent midfield this season or not, cause it ain't currently in anfield

Cody gakpos agent was working overtime the last few weekw calling in all his media favors, he was supposedly United 2nd choice after Antony everywhere, now according to ornstein he has a choice between Southampton and leeds...

How are liverpool not in for some help, who can actually run (as in move quickly) in midfield?

I get it, the problem is that with their midfield healthy, they're fine, add to that now and everyone gets healthy and you have a glut.

Its the same thing that happened a couple years back at CB.

We have the same problem right now up front with no Darwin or Jota and its not much better at CB either, running with Gomez who, while good, is probably 3rd choice at best.

Henderson, I love him, but he's good for 70 odd minutes every other week tops.

This squad is going to need some serious investment and divestiture in the near future.
