The Flames play with zero speed through the neutral zone. It's baffling they expect it to work.

Why did Mangiapane leave the goal scorer (White) open there? He was fighting with him for position in front of Markstrom and then just wandered off into the high slot.

The Flames problem is that they do not have good forwards and they do not have good defenceman. Other than that they have the makings of a decent team..

It's actually fascinating to watch such a mentally fragile team.

As soon as they have an excuse to give up.........they do it. Maybe tonight will be the rare time they come back to win. Not getting my hopes up though.
